Our rights our under attack, join us in stopping HB1419

We all want the freedom to make decisions that affect our lives. In Arkansas, we’ve exercised that freedom for over 100 years by voting for ballot initiatives that make our communities better. 

But now some Arkansas politicians and lobbyists want to take our rights.

Some politicians and lobbyists don’t like the decisions we the people have made, so they are trying again to rewrite the rules to take away our rights to make important decisions. HB1419 would create impossible roadblocks and make it outrageously expensive for regular citizens to exercise their right to create laws. It’s nothing more than a power grab by some politicians and lobbyists.

Voters overwhelmingly rejected similar proposals in 2020 and 2022 - so now they are trying to bypass the voters by trying to pass these restrictions through the legislature. Will you help us protect our rights?
